Walkthrough systems
This system is a very practical combination of the Artilan scaffold system and the Artilan work bridges Triangle Bridge®.
A perfect and safe alternative to the flat bridge and/or sliding board.
It can achieve a maximum work bridge span of 17m between two scaffold towers, using the specially developed Artilan transition sets.
Application
For projects where a large span is desired. Such as renovations, exterior insulation, low- & high-rise construction, and for performing work in hard-to-reach places, such as above a swimming pool, large conservatory, extension, or in production halls.
THE ADVANTAGES AT A GLANCE:
- Relatively quick to set up. In 2½ hours, a 40m work bridge span at a height of 4m can be built and ready for use.
- Ideal for performing work in hard-to-reach areas.
- Since the Artilan through-frame system is relatively quick to set up, significant time savings can be achieved in climbing. For example, painters can see a productivity increase of at least 35%, and plumbers could see a productivity increase of 60% in time.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
- If the supplier of your own (scaffold) tower can provide written assurance that your scaffolds also meet the EN1004-1 standard, you can safely suspend the Artilan work bridges Triangle Bridge® between your own scaffolds using the Artilan (Claw) Transition Set.
- The Artilan Claw Set consists of 2 right parts + 2 left parts; therefore, one set is for use between 2 scaffold towers. The maximum work bridge span with the Artilan Claw Set between 2 scaffold towers is 12m.
- The Artilan Transition Set includes 4 pieces of railing tube. With the Artilan transition set, the maximum work bridge span between 2 scaffold towers is 16m, or 17m if the transition set is included.
